During a routine flight, he spotted something that defied all known explanations – a UFO. This extraordinary incident has left experts and UFO enthusiasts intrigued and mystified.
The UFO in Question
The pilot, cruising at an altitude of approximately 30,000 feet, suddenly became aware of an anomaly among the clouds. Swiftly grabbing his smartphone, he captured the bewildering sight on video. Initially, he pointed the camera at his altimeter to verify his altitude, and then shifted his focus out of the cockpit window, directing the lens towards the enigmatic object. As he zoomed in, a metallic, geometric-shaped craft could be seen, moving in a straight line in the opposite direction.
Investigating the Baffling Footage
The History Channel’s “The Proof Is Out There” took a closer look at the footage and zoomed in further, revealing that the object resembled a cube. This discovery prompted interviews with a range of experts who shared their thoughts on the video.
A forensic video analyst examined the video’s movement, deeming it to be authentic. However, they were perplexed by how the pilot had precisely zoomed in on the object. An aviation expert ruled out conventional possibilities like a plane, missile, or drone, as the UFO’s behavior and appearance didn’t align with any known technology. While suggesting the unlikely theory of a solar balloon, he conceded, “I don’t have a good explanation.”
The video was classified as one of a “genuine UFO over Columbia”. Some commentators propose that this UFO might be a reconnaissance probe sent to Earth for sample collection or surveillance.
This enigmatic incident is not isolated, as can be seen. A few years ago, Navy FA-18 fighter pilots witnessed similar cube-like UFOs at 35,000 feet off the East Coast. The Department of Defense continues its investigation into these baffling aerial phenomena, especially UFOs over Columbia.
